School days are something which everyone cherish throughout their
lifetime. Its a place where one derives an identity. For me, the
experience was something which I cannot describe in words but to give
an idea, I have a wide smile on my face while I type this :-).
It all began in one of the last few days of April, 2003 when I became
a part of BGSIPS. I was a bit unhappy since my parents were
transferring me from a school of 4000 + students to a school with 25
students. And to my surprise, it was a decision very well taken.
Within a span of just four years the school strength touched four
digit figures and in no time our school became one of the most sought
after in Dwarka.
Things are a bit different when it comes to our school. Teachers here
are more like your close friends. The principal is not an old lady
whom only select people can meet, but a kind-hearted, extremely
friendly and a very understanding one. And thats not it, even the
school management is added to your friends list. One of the things
which I really consider honorable about our school is the sense of
belongingness it develops in the minds of each student.
The school has actually helped me to utilize my potential to the
fullest. I remained in the 60-70% bracket in almost all the classes
(hopefully). The teachers here made sure that I overcome my weak-areas
through special attention, extra classes, etc. The amount of
co-curricular activities in which I was involved by the school is
innumerable. BGS evolves a student into an overall better personality.
The concentration is not laid only on academics, but on creating a
very versatile student.
The bond which the school creates with each student is impeccable. Its
like an extended family who’ll always welcome you. No matter its been
quite a while that me and my friends have passed out from BGS, but
we’re all still connected and updated with the school.
I have grown along with the school and I am very sure that if you’re
studying at BGS, you’re in the right hands. From the bottom of my soul
I thank the entire BGSIPS team for giving me the most cheerful days at
school.
